Meetings of the Academic Senate for the year 2025-26 will take place as follows.  All meetings begin at 9:40am and are in person.

Notes

(1) Dates marked in bold are those on which graduation lists are due and voted upon by the Academic Senate.  Deans submit the graduation list(s) of their school to the Chair of the Academic Senate prior to that meeting; deans are further asked to follow the guidelines and template distributed by the Registrar.

(2) The date marked with a * is that upon which the preliminary graduation list for January graduation is due. The final graduation list for January must be sent to the chair of the Academic Senate no later than Friday, January 2, 2026.

(3) The date marked with a ** is that upon which the following graduation lists are due:

• the final graduation list for May graduation;
• the preliminary graduation list for August graduation; the final graduation list for August must be sent to the chair of the Academic Senate no later than Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

(4) The Academic Senate follows a general schedule of one meeting a month, with two further meetings designated in advance for executive sessions. Extra meetings may have to be scheduled. Senate meetings always take place on Thursday mornings save for the last meeting of the academic year in May.
